To help us serve you better – we ask that all NON URGENT enquiries are sent to us via email.
Our receptionists are often busy handling multiple phone lines and serving customers, making it difficult to give you the full attention that most enquiries need. In addition – complex and referral enquiries need forwarding on to specific departments and cannot be addressed by reception staff.
The benefit of our Concierge system is that we can provide any necessary supportive information you may need to help you make the best possible decisions for your pet.
Our concierge service is available Weekdays until 6pm and we will do our best to answer all emails as quickly as possible. Enquiries received after 6pm weekdays will be addressed the following business day.
To allow us to get back to you as quickly as possible, we ask you provide us with the following information:
- Your Name & Mobile contact. (Suburb for home visit enquiries)
- Your Pet’s Name – Age – Species – Breed and weight
- Previous veterinary records for any referral enquiries
Please do NOT use email to contact us if you need an urgent response or your pet needs immediate veterinary care. In these situations please give us a call.
